What your clients need to enter Nepal and access trekking and climbing regions.
Most nationalities get a visa on arrival at Kathmandu airport (15/30/90 days). Trekking regions need permits — TIMS and national-park or conservation-area entry, plus special restricted-area permits for regions like Upper Mustang and Manaslu. Climbing peaks need NMA or Department of Tourism permits.
As your ground operator we arrange every permit as part of the package — you only need to send passport scans in time.
